Each signer is required to present a current, non-expiring photo ID. A picture, a physical description, a signature, and a serial number are required for all forms of identification. The following forms of identification are accepted in Oregon if they were issued during the previous five years:
Documents: Advanced Health Care Directives, Powers of Attorney, statements, forms, letters, affidavits, etc. are provided by you. Complete all the spaces; do not sign or date. When notarizing, the notarial section will be finished and supplied if needed. It is not possible for a Mobile Notary Public to draft, amend, or offer legal advice regarding your document. Please contact the business or organization that drafted your document or will receive it after it is finished if you have any issues.
Willingness & Knowledge: Each signer must exhibit their free will to sign the documents. Additionally, he or she needs to comprehend the importance of the transaction and be informed of what they are signing. If there is a cognitive impairment, documents cannot be notarized.
Communication Proficiency: All signers must speak and understand English. Call to discuss if a signer does not speak English. Any language may be used in the texts. The notarial section, which will be supplied when needed, must be in English, nevertheless.
We appreciate you selecting PDX Signing.
